Overall responsibility consists of designing, reviewing, testing, analyzing, and modifying internal business applications with an emphasis on web design to support sales, inventory management, billing, receivables and customer e-business software.  The role will include working closely with project leaders and users to identify current operating processes, clarifying program objectives, and solving business challenges based on user specifications. 

Experience:

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 2 -10 years of experience developing software and/or web applications.

·         Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON, XML, Scripting Languages such as JavaScript and JQuery, and Web Design/Graphics Tools. 

·         CGI languages such as PHP, .NET, ASP as well as SQL and Database concepts is also required. 

·         Familiarity with Bootstrap, Visual Basic and SOAP, RESTful Web APIs a plus.

·         Must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills while functioning effectively under time constraints in a dynamic environment where quality results are imperative.

Education

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
